Couples Disease and Sexual Reawakening

This powerful dialogue and presentation was co-delivered by Dr. Erica and Lawrence Hakim, MD, esteemed Urologist, Co-author of the book The Couple’s Disease : Finding a Cure for Your ‘Lost’ Love Life, and Director of the Sexual Dysfunction Center, Cleveland Clinic, Florida.  Dr. Hakim provided valuable information about the most current treatments for sexual dysfunctions related to aging and illness while Dr. Erica assured the attendees (all dealing with cancer and other debilitating chronic ailments) that they are not alone and there is a way to enjoy intimacy and tender moments together with a beloved partner or to appreciate life and the one body that is theirs, even if alone.
